Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or situations where our team cannot reasonably access the property or items after arriving may be subject to a cancellation, service, or trip fee when applicable and communicated to the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the service location

• Identifying items that should not be removed

• Informing us of potentially hazardous conditions or materials

• Securing pets and maintaining a reasonably safe work area

• Confirming that they have the authority to authorize removal of the items presented to us

Customers should clearly separate or identify property they wish to keep.

Dad’s Junk Hauling, LLC is not responsible for the removal of an item that a customer or authorized representative identified, presented, or reasonably made available for removal unless otherwise required by law.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Dad’s Junk Hauling, LLC reserves the right to refuse any item that we cannot safely or legally transport or dispose of.

Restricted or prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:

• Hazardous materials

• Certain chemicals, oils, fuels, or solvents

• Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing materials

We may attempt to recycle, reuse, or donate suitable items when practical, but we do not guarantee that any particular item will be recycled or donated.
